Julian Lennon is music icon John Lennon’s eldest son, from his first marriage to Cynthia Lennon. The second-generation rocker, born April 8, 1963 in Liverpool, England, is quite the musician and artist in his own right. He has released 7 albums as a solo artist and is also a respected fine-art photographer and children’s book author. Additionally, he’s helped produced several acclaimed environmental documentaries.
As for his personal life, Julian has never had children or married. He is, however, close with his half-brother Sean Lennon, whose mother is Yoko Ono.
Julian is also an important part of The Beatles’ history. He inspired the songs ‘Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds’ (1967), ‘Hey Jude’ (1968), and ‘Good Night’ (1968).
