KIM Kardashian has shared brand-new photos of her Palm Springs mansion under construction after meeting with a top Japanese architect.

Documents exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun revealed that the Hulu star filed a permit to build a mansion shaped like a giant spaceship on the $6.3million Palm Springs property.

On Thursday, Kim, 42, provided her fans with the first glimpse of her spaceship-inspired vacation home with photos posted on her Instagram.

The snapshots showed the Skims founder in a meeting with famed Japanese architect Tadao Ando, 81, and other members of his architecture firm.

Tadao is famous for his modern design style and is the mind behind such iconic structures as the 21_21 Design Sight and The Oval at Benesse Art Museum Naoshima.

3D-rendered designs of the planned mansion could be seen spread out across the office table.

Kim also added a close-up shot of one of the renders to the post.

The planned mansion's design matches perfectly with the TV personality's love for minimalist aesthetics with its inspired style making it appear more like a futuristic ark than a Southern California home.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum captioned the post: "Met with the master himself, Tadao Ando to review and discuss a dream project we have been working on for the past two years."

She continued: "I visited his office in Japan so that we could make the finishing touches before we break ground."

The 42-year-old reality star concluded by adding: "So deeply honored and incredibly humbled to have the opportunity to work with him and finally see this special project come to life  #tadaoando."

Kim also included snapshots of Tadao's beautifully designed office and one of herself holding a book signed by the 81-year-old architect.

In the post's comment section, one person wrote: "Ando is just the Master of Concrete. Absolutely aesthetic."

Another fan commented: "[It's] a protection bunker they know what’s upp."

While a third, confused commenter, asked: "ok but what is itttt."

BUILDING PROCESS

Kim applied for the permit for her new single-family residence including a pool and spa on November 18 of 2021, only weeks before she filed to officially drop West from her last name.

The single mom's mansion stands out from others on the street.

Kim's bachelorette pad is designed in a shape comparable to a giant spaceship with architectural drawings prepared by the Bo.Shi Architects and Tadao Ando Architects and Associates.

The design sketch shows her home shaped like a rounded-edged triangle with a hole in the center of it.

It appears there will be two floors in the home.

The Kardashians are seemingly taking over this exclusive area in La Quinta, The Madison Club as Kim will be down the street from Kris, 67, and Kylie Jenner, 25.

Kim's plot of land lies along a golf course, and Kim and her four children will be surrounded by views of mountains and trees.

The $6.3 million California spot is just a little over five miles from Empire Polo Club, Indio, which is where Coachella takes place each year.

ROADBLOCKS AND DELAYS

Kim's original permit expired before the star had the chance to begin construction on her spaceship-shaped mansion.

Nearly 11 months after the roadblock, a trust associated with Kim applied for a second permit to build a single-family residence.

According to The City of La Quinta, Kim plans for her 41,817-acre land to include a pool and a spa.

The planned ground break was postponed back in February 2022 when The U.S. Sun reported the City of La Quinta requested more information to meet fire safety and pool codes before the construction process commenced.

However, Kim's architect team never responded to the requested adjustments to the detailed plans and the permit application expired.

Because the application expired, Kim could not pick up where she last left off and had to start back from square one.

EARTH TO KIM

Kim and her ex, Kanye, 45, bought the land before their divorce was filed, and now Kim has continued her plans to build the bachelorette pad solo.

The SKKN mogul filed for divorce in February 2021, seeking to end her marriage to the Chicago rapper after seven years.

TMZ reported Kim and Kanye settled their divorce on November 29 of this year.

The pair reached an agreement on all matters, including child support, custody, and property division.

On top of the La Quinta land, Kim scored their $60million LA mansion.
